20,000 Leagues Under the Sea by Jules Verne

As for many others, this book captivated me as a child. My dad had bought it for me – and I can still see it in my mind’s eye: it was a hardcover copy, and I remember spending many hours reading the book over and over again, flipping back and forth between the cover art and the pages between, wishing there were more pictures.
